Movement

Coaching

Movement Coaching is a one-on-one, private experience designed to help you reconnect to your body and move through the world with greater confidence, ease, and self-trust.

In these sessions, we slow things down and tune inward—building a deeper relationship with your body through sensation, breath, and movement. This work is about learning the language of your body so you can listen to it, trust it, and move from a place of embodied intelligence rather than force or performance.

What

sessions

are like

Each session is guided, intuitive, and tailored to you.

We begin with gentle somatic practices—using touch, breath, and awareness to help you land in your body and feel safe, present, and connected. From there, we move into exploratory movement exercises focused on the hips, spine, and head, inviting your body into its full range of motion.

There is no choreography to memorize and no “right” way to move. Instead, we explore movement that feels good, natural, and supportive—awakening sensation, fluidity, and internal listening.

My intention is to create a safe, grounded space where you can explore movement with curiosity, softness, and permission.

Movement Coaching Is For you if…

  • You Want to reconnect with your body after feeling disconnected or stuck

  • You Desire more ease, fluidity, and confidence in how you move

  • you Are curious about somatic work and embodied awareness

  • you Want a non-judgmental, pressure-free space to explore movement

  • are Feel drawn to living through the feminine intelligence of embodiment

This work is especially supportive for those who want to come home to their body and move through life with more presence, pleasure, and self-trust.

Client love

“I came to Kelley for movement coaching on play that required sensuality through movement, something I initially felt very awkward with.

Her guidance, care, and sensitivity created a deep sense of trust, making me feel completely sage, natural and empowered.”

- Helena Orts

“Kelley is the definition of embodiment.

Her uninhibited movement and creativity constantly inspires me which is why I knew I needed to work with her to help bring me further out of my shell.

Working with her was like having a coach, hype women and producer all in one.

I am so grateful she shared her gifts with me and cant’t wait for our next project!”

HI! I’M KELLEY

PROFESSIONAL DANCER WITH 20+ YEARS Dancing

I started dance classes at age 3 and it ignited my soul! I couldn’t stop dancing.

As a child I study every style of dance my local studio offered. I traveled to conventions and competitions winning many awards. When I was 18 I moved to LA to CONTINUE my passion.

I received my Degree in Dance from the Santa Monica College and immediately joined the Movement Talent Agency (formerly Dance Agency DDO) where I professionally danced for 10 years.

My first jobs was as Fergie’s body double in her music video GLAMOROUS then with the Black Eyed Peas for a Pepsi and Doritos national commercial that aired all over the world. Since then I have been in numerous music videos and commercials. I have appeared on TV shows, such as, “1000 Ways to Die”, “Tosh.0″ and a comedy burlesque act that was on Showtimes “Live Nude Comedy” with Shannon Elizabeth. I have performed live with Flo Rida, Jason Druelo and along side with David Hasselhoff. I was the lead in the Black Keys music video for “Next Girl”.

One of my most proud experiences was traveling to Iraq and Afghanistan in 2008 and 2009 to perform for the US troops through MVP Sports. I was also chosen to represent the US and perform in 2003 at the Fire Festival in Jeju, South Korea.
